NPC Junior USA 2002

Philadelphia April 2002 On April 27 I competed im the NPC Junior USA held at the Adam's Mark Hotel, promoted by Bob Bonham. The show was very well organized and the competitors were treated very well. The staff back stage was helpful and organized. I want to start off by thanking Billy Bob for his generous sponsorship and for his complete support, for helping me with all the fine details the day before and of the show. Thank you Billy Bob! I weighed in at 153.4 which is the heaviest I've competed at. I feel like it was my personal best. I'm careful not to diet to hard or cardio too much as I like the big full hard look on stage. I was getting a little carried away with my preparations and was starting to look stringy and depleted two weeks out so I quit cardio and backed off on the diet. I was very pleased with the outcome. There were six girls in my class, four of which weighed 153. It was an excellent class and I'm proud to have been placed third.
